Ronald E. Roberts founded the Firm in Neenah, Wisconsin as a sole proprietorship in July 1977.  The Firm became a partnership in January 1978 when Allan P. Skruby and Russell R. Dean McNeely joined the firm in November 1982.  The firm was incorporated in 1984.  Allan P. Skruby left the firm in 1986 and at that time the name was changed to Roberts, Ritschke & McNeely, Ltd.  In 1987, we moved from the Community First building to our present location at 335 First Street in Neenah.  In 1991, Jeffrey A. Tyczkowski became a shareholder.  D. Dean McNeely passed away in 1993.  In 1996, the firm's name was changed to Roberts, Ritschke & Tyczkowski, Ltd.  In 2006, Vicki A.
