Our firm, founded in 1977 by Ronald E. Roberts, believes in the value of relationships. We are excited to be celebrating our 40th Anniversary in 2017.
Ronald E. Roberts founded the Firm in Neenah, Wisconsin as a sole proprietorship in July 1977. The Firm became a partnership in January 1978 when Allan P. Skruby and Russell R. Ritschke joined Ron and acquired the tax practice of Merriman Bersch in Winneconne. At that time our offices were located in the Community First Credit Union building on East Forest Avenue in Neenah and in a converted house owned by Mr. Bersch on Lasley Shore Road in Winneconne. In 1981, the Winneconne office was closed and all operations were consolidated in Neenah. D. Dean McNeely joined the firm in November 1982. The firm was incorporated in 1984. Allan P. Skruby left the firm in 1986 and at that time the name was changed to Roberts, Ritschke & McNeely, Ltd. In 1987, we moved from the Community First building to our present location at 335 First Street in Neenah. In 1991, Jeffrey A. Tyczkowski became a shareholder. D. Dean McNeely passed away in 1993. In 1996, the firm's name was changed to Roberts, Ritschke & Tyczkowski, Ltd. In 2006, Vicki A. Krueger became a shareholder. Keith Depies became a shareholder in 2010.
